  “BATHROOM WAS NASTY.Mold in shower curtains,soap area NASTY,AS WAS floor & shower edges/walls .The bathroom had not been cleaned.2nd set of desk attendants demanded it had been cleaned.They would not go view it had not.No blankets on bed or in room.Original Check-in clerk was a wonderfully nice person.”
