Cloverfield started as a pipe dream in 2018 when the Cramer Family found this hidden gem. The 1900s farmhouse and guest cottages had been completely abandoned for over 10 years when the Cramers saw the property and immediately fell in love with it. Everyone told them they were crazy, but they knew they could restore the property and bring the beautiful property back from the brink. They took a little over a year to work in it, day in and day out. But with a lot of hard work, determination and a few of Lauren's tears they did it! Cloverfield started welcoming guests in 2019. You too can enjoy the privacy of this exclusive private venue in Southern Pines. The two guest cottages and grounds are yours to enjoy!
