MTR BNB is a local community, service, and platform that provides high quality, vetted, inspected, and certified property listings in many markets throughout the United States. We specifically target areas where there is significant demand for medium term rentals, and work with local property owners, businesses, vendors, and travelling professionals to serve this niche. We believe in quality over quantity, and providing value to every client, community, and organization we partner with. "MTR" stands for Medium Term Rental (some people call it mid-term rental). It is a real estate term for property rentals longer than 30 days but shorter than 1 year.
