  Park Ridge Inn Motel

  “We reserved two rooms for us and our grown son and his family at this motel about two weeks in advance. We arrived to find we had not been given adjoining rooms and since it was minus 20 degrees, we asked that our dog and his kennel be allowed to stay inside. We paid a pet deposit only to be told that our dog would have to be put in the sons room- and if that was the designated pet room, for some reason she wouldn't let us switch rooms either. I told her that the dog would then spend the night in the vehicle. She even had the nerve to knock on our door at 9-10 pm under the auspices of asking when the son would be arriving to make certain that the pet we paid for was not in the room! The rooms are shabby and dirty, and overpriced- with our daughter-in-law complaining of debris in the bathtub. The owner claimed that it was paint. This woman is unprofessional, irrational, and I would never recommend this motel to anyone. ”
